Claim: the man is a hard worker: He looks tired, and he has gone out for his family to kill a dear.
Claim: The child feels distant from the parents: The boy is walking with his back turned and a stick over his shoulder from the adults.
Good job making claims. Be sure to use a comma with the conjunction when the conjunction is joining two independent clauses. Also be sure to use a comma after introductory phrases.
